Abstract. The peculiarity of the modern stage experienced by Kazakhstan is that its development and formation as a sovereign state occurs in the era of tectonic shifts in the socio-economic structure of society, the change of socio-economic system, the transition from socialist formation to the capitalist path of development. Solution of socio-economic problems associated with the need for radical changes in the development of rural areas is due to the transition to a market economy. Conducting deep agrarian reforms and radical transformations in the socio-economic structure of rural areas, the development and use of natural resources of territories, rationally placed productive forces of the country depends on the efficiency of functioning and development of the economy.

Abstract. Polymer-modified binders (PMB) have found wide application in improving the durability and performance properties of asphalt pavement. To establish the prospects for modifying bituminous binders with polymers, it is necessary to study the basic physical and chemical characteristics of these materials. This paper presents the results of studying the main structural and thermophysical properties of polyethylene terephthalic waste. It was revealed that the presence of functional groups and the corresponding thermal characteristics of the polymer waste open the possibility of using them as modifiers in road construction.

Abstract. The stability of embankment dams can be affected by many factors including the extent of long-term steady-state water level. Unfortunately, analysis of such a problem in-situ cannot be easily achieved due to time constraints and the complexity of the influencing factors. This study investigated the potential influence of changes in long-term water level on slope stability of an embankment when subjected to a rapid drawdown using numerical modeling. Three different water levels were investigated (10m, 8m, and 6m). To avoid variability and capture the effect of the long-term water level, the geometry of the reservoir was kept constant.

Abstract. The article provides a comprehensive coverage of the problem of the influence of negative temperatures on the properties and structure of concrete during its early freezing. Studies have established the regularity of the content of the liquid phase in the cement gel at low temperatures, as well as the strength gain of cement. Water under ordinary conditions freezes at 0 ° C, and it would seem to make no sense to talk about cement hydration, but the properties of thin films of water and the change in their physical properties allow cement hydration to occur. Such water freezes at more negative temperatures, and being in a liquid state can react with cement minerals

Abstract. The problem of the action of an axial tangential load on a thin circular cylindrical shell located in an elastic half-space and uniformly moving along the inner surface of the shell along its generatrix is solved. To describe the motion of an elastic half-space, the dynamic equations of the theory of elasticity in Lame potentials are used, and for a thin shell - the classical equations of the theory of shells. On the basis of the solution obtained, the stress-strain state of the earth's surface is investigated when a shallow pipeline is exposed to an axisymmetric load of the indicated type.
