Abstract. The role of construction materials in forming the image of regional architecture is considered. Possibilities of using brickwork for plastic enrichment of the design of building facades and making "local" character of structures are revealed. Brick, which has long been used in traditional construction in different countries, in the XXI century is again gaining wide popularity as an active plastic component of architecture.

Abstract. In this study, the structural parameters of jacquard fabrics were studied. The height of the bending wave of the warp threads and weft, weft for jacquard fabric of the main weaves with short, medium and long overlap are determined depending on the coefficient determining the height of the bending waves. It has been found that in jacquard fabric during the transition of weaves from long floors to short floors: the maximum density on the base and on the weft decreases; the geometric density at the base and on the weft increases; the height of the bending wave of threads along the warp and weft remains unchanged.
Keywords: fabric, weave, overlap, density, filling.

Abstract. An important characteristic of buildings made of modular systems, such as containers, is the possibility of their use both individually and in various quantitative and combinatorial combinations, forming the buildings necessary for exposure and maintenance. For natural reasons, agroecotourism facilities are located far from places with developed construction infrastructure and main engineering support networks. This greatly complicates the construction of buildings and structures corresponding to the specifics of the activity. Objectively, there are no opportunities for the industrialization of construction. Extensive world experience shows the availability of such opportunities. Possible options for the layout of objects are discussed in the article.
Keywords: Agro-eco-tourist complexes, sea containers, container modularity, container architecture, sustainable architecture, modular systems.

Abstract. The paper considers one of the methods for studying the general stability of soil boards, trenches and ditches. An analytical expression is given for calculating the stability coefficient of a soil massif, taking into account, in addition to its own weight, also the "surcharge" from adjacent structures (buildings), the angle of internal friction and the adhesion force of a multilayer soil massif in the "sides". The round-cylindrical sliding surface method is applied.

Abstract. When designing the optimal compositions of concretes and mortars, the most important step is to conduct an active experiment, which establishes the dependence of consumer properties of concretes and mortars on structural characteristics. At this stage of research, it is very important to correctly apply the relationship between the structural characteristics, the values of which we are asking. We establish these values by preliminary point experiments to obtain maximum effects of their influence on the final properties of concrete.

Abstract. The study of road bases located on subsidence soils is a relevant issue because even though these soils demonstrate considerable strength in a dry state when soaked, they can exhibit sudden subsidence, which can lead to irreparable consequences during the operation of the highway. This article presents the results of laboratory studies of physical and mechanical properties of the soil, the results of field tests of the embankment by plate load test, which in combination provide a completer and more accurate picture of the state of the soil for further design of the highway with minimal costs and losses.
